Description
Being the “highest person” in Colorado is not an easy claim to make these days but there is one irrefutable way to make the claim… from the top of Mt. Elbert. Mt. Elbert is the tallest mountain in Colorado at 14,433′. Though it may not be the most technical 14er, it is certainly a tough climb and it has defeated many a climber attempting it’s summit. This shirt was inspired by the incredible hues found in the mountains around Mt. Elbert during it’s epic sunrises and sunsets.
Here at Backcountry Banter we are fed up with the uninspired, low quality, dime-a-dozen t-shirts we’ve all come to expect from gift stores and souvenir shops. We strive for something better. Designs and gear inspired by the mountains and the beauty that surrounds them.
Colorado High Peak’s 14er Series aims to represent each of Colorado’s 53 fourteeners in the form of a unique, artistically inspired design. Check out our store for more awesome 14er designs.
